Circles of Ice

This quilt was designed in spring 2005 and I started gathering fabrics for it soon after. I made 40 of the blocks in a few days after Christmas but I had been too busy to complete it. I promised myself that it would be ready for Festival of Quilts 2006 and eventually with 2 days to go I managed to complete the quilting. Hooray!! I must say I am delighted with it.

The quilt is made with foundation pieced log cabin blocks. By stitching four blocks together wonderful circles are created. This quilt has finished at 75" x 82" but can be adapted to fit other sizes.
