Double Wedding Ring

This is our new pattern for November. I have always loved the look of a traditional double wedding ring quilt but couldn't quite rise to the challenge!  So I set about redesigning the traditional block into a foundation pieced block - Curves from straight lines. I think this really does capture the movement of the circles but with simple piecing. I have produced a wall hanging using an 18" block and a cushion using a 12" block. Both can be used for a QUILT. The other good point to note is that you can  scrap piece the background from a variety of fabrics if you want.
